Any person (including participants and their guests) entering The WRX Experience facility will be subject to these Terms and Conditions, as set out below.

All attendees (including participants and their guests) must report to reception upon arrival.

All participants are required to sign The WRX Experience contract. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will be required to sign the contract as well.

You must be able to competently operate a manual car to participate in our Driving Experiences.

7 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session and receive a part refund. A cancellation or rescheduling fee of $50 is payable on each participant. The WRX Experience has a no refund policy and takes no responsibility if you do not honour your confirmed session date and time. Less than 7 days notice means no refund will be given and you will forfeit your session completely i.e. you cannot rebook or reschedule for another session.

The WRX Experience is unable to operate in inclement weather conditions. This may result in your session being cancelled by our Team Instructors. Should this happen, or any other unforeseen event, we will endeavour to reschedule your session as soon as possible.

Gift vouchers are non refundable but may be transferred to another person upon contacting our office. A $50 fee will apply to transfer the voucher.

Prices, session dates and times are subject to change without notice.

For participants, thongs or singlets are not permitted to be worn in the cars. A top with sleeves (e.g. t-shirt, polo shirt) and closed in footwear (e.g. trainers, sand shoes, runners) must be worn. You will not be permitted to participate without the correct clothing and footwear.

Tops and footwear must be worn at all times on our premises.

Neither Drugs or Alcohol are permitted or tolerated on the premises. Anybody found to be under the influence of these substances will be asked to leave or be escorted off the premises immediately.

Pets are not permitted on the premises (Guide Dogs accepted).

Bad language and or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

Children are your responsibility. They must remain with you at all times. Young children may get bored quickly. There is a park approximately 3 minutes from our facility that you may wish to entertain them in.

As we do not currently have facilities to accommodate for young children and babies, it is not recommended that you bring them to the premises. If you do decide to bring them with you, please ensure you take dirty nappies away with you, as we are unable to dispose of them.

For the Health and Safety, comfort and enjoyment of all participants, guests and staff members, these Terms and Conditions are enforced. If you choose not to adhere to them, you will be asked to leave the premises. This may mean you will forfeit your participation and no refund will be payable, in these circumstances.
